We went to a local pumpkin patch and chose a few pumpkins and hauled them out to the van in a little red wagon. We decided to carve them the Saturday prior to Halloween hoping if we waited they would last a little while but with the heat they got droopy pretty quick. The kids dug right in and got nice and messy. Seb went with the classic Jack O Lantern face while Shei and Chris both used one of the stencils that came with the carving kit we picked up at the patch. Shei and I worked on a ghost and Chris a black cat. They all came out great and though I miss my babies it's great to see the kids getting bigger and doing more and more in their own. They are such neat people.
